How to root Karbonn A6. - Step by Step Process.

Karbonn A6 is a low-budget, medium-quality android smartphone which comes with a high quality 4 inch IPS LCD touchscreen display which is powered by a 1 Ghz processor. Before you start rooting.


  • Back up your important datas. Dont worry my procedures won't wipe out your data but as a peecaution.
  • Deactivate or uninstall antivirus applications in your computer, so that it won’t cause any trouble while the rooting process is carried out.


Follow these steps:

Step 1: Download and install Karbonn A6 USB Driver on your Windows Computer. In case karbonn USB Driver is already installed then skip this step.

Step 2:  Enable USB Debugging on your Smartphone. To enable USB Debugging: Open Settings > Developers Option > USB Debugging > Tick to enable.

Step 3: Download VRoot Application and install it.

Step 4: Open VRoot application after installation is completed.

Step 5: Connect your Karbonn A6 to your PC.

Step 6: If your device is connected sucessfully. Viboot will recogonise your device.

Step 7:Once your device is identified, click on the big green “Root” button to begin the rooting process. Once the rooting process is finished, your device will reboot.

Step 8: Upon reboot, you will be able to find the “Superuser” app in the apps menu.
That’s it. Now you have successfully rooted your Karbonn A6 android smartphone.
